These two pages provide an overview of the course and subject coding system used by UCAS in coding the degree courses within their system.
An understanding of the course codes will help you research courses on the UCAS Course Search facility at the UCAS website.
The course codes are used to cover:
- single subject courses
- combined courses
- HND codes
A complete list of the subject codes which cover the main subject groups and are used to make up the single and combined course codes are also provided in this section.
